We moved back to Illinois and re-joined our service with Aptive and our experience with every person, from the sales representative Tanner, to our technician Vega, has been very impressive! I took some time getting quotes from different companies and Tanner was so personable, knowledgeable, and non-robotic. He didn’t hesitate to follow up on a few questions I had and I appreciated the insight and professionalism. Our technician Vega was very friendly, personable, knowledgeable, professional, and patient with my two kiddos. He really took the time to explain the services, the differences between the indoor and outdoor treatment, and answered all of our questions. I was given a time frame and he showed up right at the beginning, which I appreciated. You can tell these gentlemen enjoy working for this company. I could tell the difference from other companies by just speaking to them on the phone. We look forward to our services and keeping our home pest and mosquito free in a way that’s still environmental friendly! Thanks for welcoming us back :)
