“Before each treatment their technician sends a text providing an ETA and ask if there are any areas/issues that need extra attention. The technicians have always been friendly and attentive. I am surprised in this day and age its still possible to get good customer service. After the treatment is done, they send pictures via text so that if you’re at work, you can see what they did. At first I was skeptical if I really needed a professional service since I’m a DIY kind of guy. But after having them for a full year of service, I will be keeping them.”
